How is this different from a course or mastermind?
Courses give you content. Masterminds give you peers. Neither gives you a senior strategic advisor working on your business every week. True North is built around live access to senior strategic thinking, applied to your specific situation, your specific numbers, your specific team. The frameworks and library are there too. But the calls and the 1-1s are the core of the work.
I want one-on-one. Why are most calls in a group format?
Three reasons. First, you learn from other founders' questions before you've even thought to ask them. Most members get 3-5x more value than they expected because of this. Second, the group format is what makes senior strategic thinking commercially possible at this price point. Pure 1-1 advisory at this level would be £4-6k a month. Third, you also get a monthly 1-1 with me built in, so you have the dedicated space when you need it.
I already have an agency. Will you replace them?
No. True North isn't a replacement for your agency or your freelancers. It's the strategic layer above them. Most members keep their existing executors and use True North to direct them better. The result is the same agency suddenly producing better work, because they're now being briefed and directed by someone with senior judgement.
I'm pre-revenue or just getting started. Is this for me?
Yes, if you're committed to building seriously. Some of the best results come from founders who join True North before they've made their first sale, because we get the strategy and foundations right before any momentum is built on the wrong path. Scooch is one of those examples. If you're at that stage, book the call and we'll figure out fit.
What's the time commitment?
Calls run Monday to Thursday, typically 60 minutes each. Most members attend one or two a week, whatever they need that week. Plus a 45-minute monthly 1-1 with me. WhatsApp access is asynchronous, on your schedule. Expect 1-3 hours a week of live engagement, depending on what's on your plate. You drive the cadence, not me.
What's the minimum commitment?
I work with founders on a 6-month minimum. Strategic foundations don't get built in 30 days, and the compound effect of the framework only shows up over months. We'll discuss the commitment structure on the call.
How does the discovery call work?
30 minutes. Just me. No script. We'll go through your business, your team, and your current challenges. If True North is a fit, I'll walk you through how it works and we'll get you onboarded. If it's not, I'll tell you straight and point you toward something more useful. No pressure either way.
